What is the Shipping Policy

In all honesty, due to popular demands, our product takes between  5-7 Business Days Processing time.

We ship all of our products from multiple warehouses across the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and Canada.  

  • Shaper Savers is now shipping through USPS and or DHL.  Please keep in mind that the items that can be received at their location are still subject to any country's rules/laws.  

  • These orders can take a full 30 days to be delivered.  We cannot take any action until it has been 30 days since it was shipped, or the package is marked delivered but it has not been received

  • These orders are unable to be expedited as they are required to be delivered by the USPS and or DHL Shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping-Unfortunately, we do not have this optional at the moment.

 

  • Does Shaper Savers use Shop Runner?

    • No, Shaper Savers does not participate in the Shop Runner program

  •  Multiple Ship to Addresses

    • In order to ship to multiple addresses, multiple orders must be placed

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Please Note: Due to COVID-19 precautions and increased volume, our shipping carriers are experiencing sporadic delays in deliveries.  Shipments may not always arrive within the expected timeframe. However shipping takes 20-30 days after your order is placed.

At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned (when applicable) to packages immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. In some instances, your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, but the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours.

 

Orders placed on shaper savers may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Thus, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected, or the carrier that is delivering your item(s).

Occasionally, orders are delivered via a carrier that does not offer the ability to track a package.  This doesn’t happen very often however if it does, your Order History on Shaper Savers will not offer tracking information but will still offer order status and other details. How is order status different from tracking information?

  • The status of your order is provided by shaper savers.  This shows the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse.  Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of a carrier (USPS or Standard Shipping option /e.g China Post) that may provide tracking information until your order is delivered

  • Tracking information is accessible from your Order History tab in your shaper savers account when it becomes available

  • Please note, tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse

How do I check the status of my order?

Finding the status of your order couldn't be easier!

  • Check your email - we will send you emails regarding the status of your order

  • Visit our website - sign into your shaper savers account to access your Order History at any time.  Information about your open orders, tracking information, and past orders is available here as well.
